Do I have to purchase anything additional?

Nope! If you don't want to purchase anything in addition to your base program (One and Done or MetaBoost), there is a 'No Thanks' button at the bottom of each page at checkout. As long as you are consistent with your chosen program, you should see results! Additional products are offered at checkout to ensure that before our new clients begin, they are aware of--and have access to--everything that they might find useful.

If I don't want to purchase anything additional now, can I change my mind later?

For sure! Everything is available to you on your Member Dashboard. The nice thing about purchasing at checkout is that most of the products are offered at a discounted rate! If you choose to purchase later you will be paying regular price.
