Accessing Member Dashboard

I can log into the Dashboard, but it's telling me that I don't have access to the program that I purchased!

I can't log into the Dashboard at all!

Please double check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Keep in mind that they are case sensitive! Your username (unless you have changed it) is the email that you used to purchase the program. If you forgot your password, you can enter your username and click on the "Forgot Password" link. If you still can't get in, please contact our customer service team HERE.
