I never received my order!

I was expecting something in the mail!

Our products are 100% digital! Everything is accessed online through the member dashboard. You can watch the videos on a computer, phone, tablet or a smart TV! We do not offer a DVD, and our 'books' are ebooks in pdf format. Everything can be downloaded and saved to your computer or smartphone or streamed directly from your dashboard. You won’t receive anything physical in the mail. You should have received two (2) emails after purchasing; one that confirmed your purchase and detailed what you bought, and another that has your account access info. Please check your spam/ junk folder for them, as they might be in there.

Why wouldn't I have received my welcome email?

There are a ton of possible reasons for this! Our emails are sometimes sent to spam/junk, or filtered out entirely and not delivered. There is also a chance that your email was mistyped at checkout. Regardless, we will be more than happy to provide your login information for you!
