Can I do more than one workout each day?
Absolutely! The One and Done Workout Manual includes a workout calendar--this calendar tells you which workout to do each day. If you need more of a challenge, you can do the day's workout 2-3x and/or add a routine from One Minute Abs, One Minute Isometrics, or any other guide.

Do I have to use the workout calendar provided for me?
Nope! You are free to do whichever workout you choose. The calendar is available for those clients who want extra guidance. We also provide a blank workout log if you want to fill one out yourself! You can find that log under the link that looks like this:
