24 Hour Metabolic Flush

To get to the Metabolic Flush, you're going to click on the MetaBoost Connection link when you first log into your dashboard. Then, scroll down to about the middle of the page, and click on the MetaBoost Metabolic Flush link!

Is this a juice cleanse?

No! There is solid food included in the program for this day.

How long should I be doing the Metabolic Flush for?

The Metabolic Flush should only be done for 24 hours. This program is meant to prepare your body to take on the rest of the MetaBoost Connection!

I finished the Metabolic Flush! What do I do next?

Awesome!! Next, you're going to move on to the Belly Blaster program.Belly Blaster can be found next to the Metabolic Flush on your dashboard! The Belly Blaster link will look like this:

Can I drink coffee?

We suggest avoiding coffee on this day if you can! If you must have it, try to drink it black.

Is it normal for me to feel tired or nauseous during the Metabolic Flush?

Yes! Any digestive discomfort is likely due to the rapid change in your diet. You might feel tired because you are used to consuming more calories each day, or because your body is used to high sugar, carbohydrate, processed food, or caffeine intake. Push through it if you can! However, if you feel that you are experiencing excessive discomfort, please stop the cleanse and move onto Belly Blaster the following day.

Do I have to follow it exactly?

As with any of our programs, try to follow the Metabolic Flush as closely as possible! Feel free to omit or substitute any ingredients that don't fit your diet (if you're a vegan, vegetarian, etc.). Just make sure that the replacement ingredients are fruits or vegetables!
