Audio doesn't work for the videos!

Here are a few things to check:

• See if the audio signal is being sent to an audio board or sound system. You may have to control the audio using that equipment instead.
• If you are playing the video on a TV, make sure that you are on the correct input. You may have to change the input source with your TV remote.
• Make sure that the volume is turned up on the video player by hovering over the play bar, and clicking on the speaker icon. An 'X' through the speaker icon means that the video is muted. Click the icon and drag up the volume to unmute it.
