The videos won't play!

There are several programs that can prevent a video from playing on your computer. Please check to see if you have any installed! You can temporarily disable these programs one at a time to see if they are interfering.

• Any antivirus software
• Firewall
• Internet filters such as parental controls

The issue could also be related to a browser extension

• If you are using Google Chrome: open a new window in incognito mode and see if the video plays there.
• If you are using Firefox: put your browser into Safe Mode and see if the video plays. To enable Safe Mode, click on 'Help' in your menu bar, then 'Restart with Add-ons Disabled'.
• If you are on a shared or corporate network: there may be settings in place preventing you from playing the video. In this case, it would be best to check with your IT person!
